Thee Days Return Policy For Remote Control Vehicle Note: Due to the complicated nature of radio control toys, most "defects" are caused by user error, and if not, a small defective part that can be replaced. If the customer wishes to contact the supplier directly, they would be happy to provide troubleshooting support and/or replacement parts if necessary. All Other Items RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: Your item(s) must be returned within 14 calendar days of your original order arriving. All items MUST be in NEW, unused condition and returned in original packaging. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
